This vacation home is just steps away from Ingonish’s sandy North Bay Beach. You will feel relaxed yet excited as you enter the clean bright unit with a fully equipped kitchen including full-size stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The countertop seating provides a great conversation area while preparing your meals. The kitchen, living room and dining room are open concept with a propane fireplace and flatscreen TV. A half bathroom is located off the open concept area.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and it’s own ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi and a separate shower. Patio doors lead out to the deck and beautiful ocean views. Another separate seating area offers privacy and leads into the second bedroom with a queen size bed, and another full bathroom. The sofa in the second area pulls out as a sofa bed.
Wake up early and catch the sunrise over the Atlantic ocean. Enjoy walks along the beach listening to the rhythm of the waves and views of Ingonish Island and Middlehead. Begin your day with an ocean view breakfast on the large deck.

PRICING AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
SUMMER: July and August: Weekly only 7 Nights (Friday 4:00 pm to Friday 10:00 am): $2800 Per week
SEPTEMBER to JUNE: Minimum 2 Nights (Arrival: 4:00 pm . Departure: 10:00 am)
JUNE and SEPTEMBER: $350 Per night
FALL: October to Christmas Break: $280 Per night
WINTER: Christmas Break to March Break (Ski Season): $330 Per night
SPRING: March Break to May: $280 Per night
House Cleaning Fee: $165 + tax
Pet Fee: $25 + tax
50% at booking, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the payment is due.
30 Days prior to the arrival date. Because of the short rental season in Nova Scotia, you are buying a time available in the property and you own that time slot. In case of a late cancellation (less than 30 days), the balance is 100% due, and no payment will be refunded.
Guests are responsible for the cottage and its contents during their stay. Guests must lock windows and doors when not in the unit. Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the unit is prohibited, as well as leaving the cottage abnormally dirty upon departure. In case of non-respect of these rules and/or any damage, the guests will be charged for the costs incurred on the Credit Card they used to pay their reservation.
