This ocean view cottage is just steps away from a 1km long stretch of sandy beach, you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the shore while relaxing on the deck, or through your bedroom window. It has 2 bedrooms with two full bathrooms, a kitchen complete with dishwasher, and a comfortable living room with television, cable and wifi. There is a heat pump to cool and warm the cottage as needed. Our outdoor space has a large deck that features 4 red Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, a BBQ, fairy-lights and a fire pit! It is a 5-10 min drive to: the famous Highland Links Golf Course and Keltic Lodge, the Highland National Park for trails, two freshwater lakes, many delicious restaurants, as well as Cape Smokey for year round activities such as skiing, hiking, gondola rides and live music…and much much more!

PRICING AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

YEAR ROUND: Minimum 2 Nights (Arrival: 4:00 pm . Departure: 10:00 am)

FALL: October to Christmas Break:$250 Per night

WINTER: Christmas Break to March Break (Ski Season):$300 Per night

SPRING: March Break to May: $250 Per night

JUNE and SEPTEMBER: $300 Per night

SUMMER: July and August: $350 Per night

House Cleaning Fee: $140 +Tax

Deposit due upon booking: Half of the rental cost (including taxes).The monies will be held to confirm the Guest Reservation
