Our beautiful cottage is on  the ground floor of a new two-unit building at Ingonish By the Sea Condo Development on North Bay Beach.   A well designed two bedroom, two bathroom unit, with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and covered deck with barbecue and patio furniture.  A short walk over the common area  lawn brings you to one of the area’s best beaches.  A mile and a half of beachfront – ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just a morning or evening stroll.

Enjoy the modern conveniences of the cottage including fibre op and Smart TV.

You will enjoy the cottage, the community and all the great natural amenities the Ingonish area has to offer. Some of our favorite hikes are within a 5 minute drive from the cottage as well as the Highland Links Golf course, Ski Cape Smokey and the Cape Breton Highlands National Park. 

It is a great place to call home while visiting Cape Breton Island and the world Famous Cabot Trail.

Carmel By The Sea #19

This very bright airy concept home is just steps away from a 1 kilometer long stretch of sandy beach, you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the shore from your bedroom or when relaxing on the deck.

This ocean view cottage is 5 minutes drive from the famous Highland Links Golf Course, the Highlands National Park with access to lots of hiking trails, paradise of snowshoeing in the winter and Ski Cape Smokey for many all seasons activities (Ski, tubbing, mountain biking, special events as races and games, food and music, tree walk coming soon).

SUMMER: July and August: Weekly only 7 Nights (Friday 4:00 pm to Friday 10:00 am): $2500 Per week

House Cleaning Fee: $140 + tax

Payment Policy: 

50% at booking, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the payment is due.

Cancellation Policy: 

30 Days prior to the arrival date. Because of the short rental season in Nova Scotia, you are buying a time available in the property and you own that time slot. In case of a late cancellation (less than 30 days), the balance is 100% due, and no payment will be refunded.

Damage Policy: 

Guests are responsible for the cottage and its contents during their stay. Guests must lock windows and doors when not in the unit. Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the unit is prohibited, as well as leaving the cottage abnormally dirty upon departure. In case of non-respect of these rules and/or any damage, the guests will be charged for the costs incurred on the Credit Card they used to pay their reservation.
